For example, Invisalign are one of the most popular choices for orthodontics because they are comprised of a clear plastic material that makes them less noticeable and helps your smile appear natural even when you are undergoing treatment. Braces are available with metal or ceramic brackets and wires that are more visible. Invisalign
When it’s time to eat or clean your teeth, you can remove the Invisalign trays, though we encourage you to take care not to accidentally misplace them. You will need to exercise discipline and be diligent in wearing your trays for at least 22 hours every day to keep your orthodontic treatment progressing as scheduled. You also need to prevent staining on the trays by brushing your teeth and appliances after each meal. Invisalign is ideal for mild orthodontic issues.

Traditional Braces
Your fixed brackets and wires that make up braces will limit the foods you eat to avoid damaging your braces. However, being fixed in place makes them hard to lose, and can be helpful if you worry about misplacing an Invisalign aligner. Traditional orthodontics are often the least expensive option for orthodontics, though they are also the most visible. You will need to thoroughly clean your braces a few times a day to prevent lingering food particles from causing tooth decay on your teeth. You may also experience some initial mild discomfort such as gum sores when the brackets and wires are placed. Traditional braces can treat significant dental issues that Invisalign may not be able to address.
